This policy explains how Stratway Global, a brand of Stratway Group LLP ("we", "us"), handles information you share on the SGCP Dubai website at sgcp.stratwayglobal.com.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry, we collect the details you type into the form: your name, designation or course, college or university, city or country, mobile or WhatsApp number, email address, chosen track, group size and preferred month. If you contact us on WhatsApp or by email, we receive the details you send there.

The website also remembers your region choice (India or international) in your own browser so you see the right page next time. This stays on your device and is not sent to us.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and send you programme details, dates and prices.
• To prepare a proposal for your college or a booking for you.
• To arrange your programme if you enrol, including visa, travel, accommodation and academic sessions.

We do not sell your information.

Who we share it with

• FormSubmit, the service that delivers website enquiries to our email inbox.
• If you enrol: our Dubai destination partner AIEC, the host institution, airlines, hotels and visa authorities, only as needed to deliver your programme.
• Authorities, where the law requires it.

The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may record your IP address as part of delivering the fonts.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and booking records for as long as the law requires. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.
