Questions

Frequently asked

What is SGCP?

SGCP is the Stratway Global Certificate Programme: a short international programme that combines university workshops, a team project, industry exposure and travel. SGCP Dubai is the first edition. You can list it on your CV as "SGCP – Stratway Global Certificate Programme, Dubai".

Can I join on my own, without my college?

Yes. Individual students and fresh graduates can join an open batch. You choose your track, travel with students from other colleges and get the same inclusions, supervision and certificate.

Can I apply from any country?

Yes. Students and graduates of any nationality can apply, on their own or as a university group. Visa requirements depend on your passport, and we guide you through them.

What does "from US$3,500" include?

The programme fee covers six nights' accommodation, three meals a day, academic sessions and certificate, airport transfers, daily transport, a guided Dubai tour and visa processing support. International flights are not included. The final fee depends on dates, group size and tour length.

What is the minimum group size?

We plan programmes for college cohorts. Share your expected numbers and we will recommend the right format.

Does the college have to handle payments or contracts?

No. Stratway Global contracts directly with each student and manages all payments, documents and suppliers. Your college simply endorses the programme and nominates its faculty, who travel free.

Which universities host the sessions?

Sessions take place at the Dubai campuses of reputed UK, US and Canadian universities. Your host is matched to your track and dates and confirmed in writing before enrolment, along with the certificate issuer and its attendance requirements.

When is the best time to go?

October to March has the most comfortable weather. Plan 8 to 12 weeks ahead so visas and group flights can be arranged at the best fares.

Can students from different years join?

Yes. Sessions are adapted to the cohort's level, and mixed-year groups work well for team projects.

Who manages the programme on the ground?

Stratway Global runs the programme, with our Dubai destination partner AIEC handling hotels, transport and on-ground support.
